1.Participate as the Team to establish both quantitative and qualitative goals and objectives for each project

2.Effectively manage team members to maintain positive interaction, while ensuring the highest product quality, meeting client expectations within the approved fee budget, project budget and project schedule

3.Assure adherence to ACPL quality standards by reviewing project documents and consulting with the Project Architect, Senior Architect as required

4.Overview, monitor and manage the development of plans, conceptual sketches, elevations and architectural details that illustrate the design intent and use of materials

5.Participate in client management to monitor and, when appropriate, manage communication between the project team and client, consultants, contractors and vendors to communicate design requirements or coordinate design documents

6.In concert with the Management, ensure that design reviews occur at the designated stages and phases of projects

7.Develop appropriate procedures for gathering, coordinating and synthesizing project requirements through interviews and discussions with the client on functional and operational issues

8.Conduct quality assurance reviews at scheduled project intervals to monitor the design progress and quality

9.Conduct senior level liaison activities which may include marketing, pre-design, and programming while attending major client meetings and presentations

10.Participate in and, when appropriate, lead design presentations to clients

11.Act as a public relations figure and constantly promote the companys image and culture both internally and externally

Desired Candidate Profile

Degree in Architecture

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE -15 years

1.Proficiency in AutoCAD/Revit, Photoshop,sketchup Microsoft Office

2.Good verbal & writing skills, leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively

3.A complete understanding of working drawings.

4.Complete understanding of site constructions

5.basic understanding of building bye-laws

6.Experience working with multi-national/developers clients preferred.

Skill Requirements:

1.Proven record of providing excellent internal and external customer service

2.Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of situations concurrently

3.Ability to interpret multiple instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form

4.Possesses a working knowledge of design and production procedures and processes aswell as internal quality assurance processes

5.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with all levels of management, staff and clients

6.Ability to evaluate, motivate and develop professional staff

7.Ability to serve as a catalyst to encourage, explore and pursue appropriate design solutions

8.Possesses excellent verbal, written and graphic communication skills
