Job Description:

1. Masters SQL (advanced)
2. Good command of Tableau. Experience building complex, self-service dashboards as well as data pipelines.
3. Good critical thinking/problem solving. ability to structure and simplify complex problems and leverage data to answer business questions or perform root-cause analysis.
4. Strong Problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.

• High level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy in data analysis and documentation.
• Proven track record of using analytics to drive significant business impact, creating deep-dives and presenting work efficiently.
• Effective communicator and fluent English (written and spoken).
• Mandatory Skills - Advance SQL, Tableau & Data Analysis

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate strong analytical and statistical skills towards taking complex business problems, wide variety of quantitative data, and provide structured and data-supported practical solutions towards optimizing shipping problems.
• Serve as a trusted partner to business units, translating complex analytical results into business insights, create necessary tools/reports to monitor and ensure program success.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement within the shipping analytics team.
