Senior Analyst - Financial Reporting and Controls

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee month-end closing, P&L, and balance sheet finalization.
• Ensure accurate BPC reporting and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Manage IC processes, including suspense account reconciliations and FX exposure reporting.
• Support VAT submissions, audits, and Sox/J-Sox compliance.
• Drive process improvements and automation initiatives.
• Responsible for maintaining updated Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), dashboards preparation and ensuring audit compliance.
• Deliver timely and error-free reports, KPI dashboards, non-compliance reports and other key process metrics to the stakeholders.
• Support in Assessment of internal control environment with reference to Group’s Internal Control

Qualifications & Experience:

• CA (2–4 years) or Finance Graduate/Postgraduate (6–9 years) with strong IFRS knowledge.
• Proficiency in SAP BPC, Blackline, and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in treasury, FX hedging, and intercompany reconciliations preferred.
