Role Overview:

We are hiring a highly hands-on AI Practitioner who has extensive experience in building, deploying, and scaling real-world AI solutions across industries. Exposure to Industrial Design / Manufacturing workflows is a plus, but the core strength must be Applied AI Engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

Architect, build, and deploy end-to-end AI solutions for enterprise use cases

Develop solutions across Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Generative AI, Computer Vision, and Predictive Analytics

Build and deploy production-grade AI pipelines, APIs, and microservices

Work on image, video, text, time-series, and structured data

Design and implement RAG pipelines, LLM integrations, and AI automation solutions

Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to convert requirements into scalable AI systems

Optimize model performance, cost, and reliability in production environments

Provide technical ownership from POC to Production and Optimization Core

Mandatory Skills:

5+ years of hands-on AI/ML solution development

Advanced Python for AI Engineering

Strong experience with Machine Learning & Deep Learning

Practical expertise in Computer Vision, NLP/LLMs, or Predictive Analytics

Experience deploying using Flask/FastAPI with AWS/Azure/GCP

Strong understanding of data pipelines, preprocessing, feature engineering & model evaluation

Proven experience in real production AI deployments

Industrial Design Exposure:

Understanding of Manufacturing / Industrial Engineering workflows

Familiarity with Product Design or CAD-driven environments

Exposure to Quality Inspection, Defect Detection, or Automation use cases

Ability to collaborate with industrial designers or manufacturing teams

Good to Have:

Experience with LLMs, RAG, and Vector Databases

MLOps, Docker, CI/CD, Model Monitoring

Experience in Smart Factory, Industry 4.0, Digital Twins

Exposure to Optimization / Operations Research
