Job Description
Senior AI Engineer Microsoft Copilot Studio & Automation
Experience - 6 to 10 years
Location -Bangalore/Chandigarh

What Youll Do
- Build AI agents & copilots on Microsoft Copilot Studio
- Develop automated workflows using Power Automate / Logic Apps
- Integrate AI agents with enterprise systems via APIs, connectors, and Azure services
- Implement RAG, grounding, semantic search using Azure OpenAI & Azure Cognitive Search
- Ensure security, governance, and responsible AI practices
- Collaborate with architects, analysts, and business teams
What You Need
- 6 to 10 years of experience with at least 2 years on building AI solutions
- Strong experience with Power Platform and Azure OpenAI
- Hands-on work with Copilot Studio (prompt flows, topics, plugins, connectors)
- Solid integration experience (API, Azure Functions, APIM)
- Good programming background (C#, Python, JS)
- Understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, vector search, grounding
Nice to Have
- M365 Copilot extensions or Graph connectors
- Azure DevOps / GitHub Actions
- Experience with enterprise app development
