Senior Account Manager

The ideal candidate is a smart-working team player who will play a critical role in retaining clients and managing a team of graphic designers, social media executives, and content writers.

Job Responsibilities

• Should be a team player who can manage an in-house team of talented individuals to get the best out of them.
• Work closely with the internal team, clients, and agency partners on the social media content and execution front.
• Manage all client social media accounts.
• A strategic and creative thinker who can come up with creative ideas
• Staying updated with digital trends and industry news.
• Managing a good agency-client relationship.
• Conduct performance meetings with clients once every fortnight to track the progress and discuss the way forward.
• Responsible for drafting strategies for the steady growth of client's social media accounts in terms of reach, engagement, and community size.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
• Excellent knowledge of all top social media channels
• Should have a sound knowledge of paid ad campaigns (Social and AdWords)
• Should have worked on brands across industries
• Great leadership skills and a team player
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Great interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
• Education background in Marketing, BMM, or similar
