Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Senior Account Executive at MicroHard IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd. The Senior Account Executive will be responsible for managing key client relationships, generating new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. Daily responsibilities include creating and executing sales strategies, conducting client presentations, negotiating contracts, collaborating with internal teams, and analyzing market trends to identify opportunities for growth. This individual will play a pivotal role in driving business success through strategic partnerships and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong relationship management and communication skills for engaging with CXOs and key stakeholders.
• Experience in developing and executing sales strategies, negotiating agreements, and achieving revenue goals.
• Knowledge of AI and cloud infrastructure, compute, storage, networking, or security solutions.
• Ability to analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities in IT solutions.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite for client and sales management.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills, strategic thinking, and a results-driven mindset.
• Bachelors degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field; an MBA or relevant certification is a plus.
• Prior experience in enterprise IT solutions or infrastructure services is highly desirable.
