· Identify and Communicate with Stakeholders: Engage with key stakeholders to understand their needs and gather requirements with reference to integration with Blockchain infrastructure proposed as per RFP.
· Analyze Business Processes: Understand the client's business processes that the blockchain application is supposed to facilitate or enhance. This should help client to optimize the current processes and needs.
· Establish System Requirements: This involves determining what the system must do (functional requirements) as well as how it will perform (non-functional requirements such as speed, security, availability, use cases fulfillment).
· Define Use cases: Create user stories and user journey personas that describe how different types of users will interact with the system and Prepare use cases for the department based on scope of work defined in RFP
· Prioritize Requirements: Based on the business values and needs, prioritize the requirements to better manage them and timely update the team and client.
· Determine Smart Contract Needs: If the application requires smart contracts, gather detailed requirements related to the rules and conditions under which transactions should be executed.
· Identify Interoperability Needs: If the blockchain application needs to interact with other blockchain systems or external data sources, gather requirements related to this interoperability and prepare documentation for the same.
· Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of business processes, requirements, and project progress.
· Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, IT teams, and other departments to implement solutions and ensure alignment with business goals. Share daily Minutes of discussions with departments to client and internal team
· Reporting: Create reports to communicate findings and support decision-making. Update progress reports timely as per feedback received from department.
