Security & IBMS Design Engineer

Role Description

Should have experience in designing and estimation of Security systems especially Access control, CCTV, Intrusion alarm. Also, Building Management systems & Fire Alarm System ( preferably)

Responsible for design of Access control, CCTV, Intrusion, Perimeter Protection BMS and other Security systems.

Strong product knowledge of CCTV, Access Control, BMS and necessary data networks.

Prepare System layouts, schematic drawings, BOQ, Technical specification and system documentation .

Conduct site inspections, Snag list preparation and coordination with clients, consultants, and MEP teams .

Should have experience in designing BMS based on MEP drawings

Knowledge on HVAC controls, Chillers, AHU/FCU control panels, Lighting control, and Energy monitoring (Preferred)

Should be familiar with NBC , IS 2189 /NFPA 72 standards

Should be able to communicate with the clients and handle projects on their own

Qualifications

The candidate must havedesignexperience with consulting firm

• Must be conversant with latest codes and standards and NBC
• Must know to work on Autocad
• Must be expert to use all relevantdesignsoftware
• Must have experience for Installation , testing and commissioning ofelectricalequipments.
• Electrical Design skills and knowledge of Design Engineering principles
• Hands-on designing of electrical systems is a must.
• Proficiency in Electrical Engineering and understanding of Electricity fundamentals
• Experience with Power Distribution and Lighting systems
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
