Summary: As a Security Delivery Practitioner, you will assist in defining requirements, designing and building security components, and testing efforts. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the security of our organization's systems and data. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in defining requirements for security components. - Design and build security components. - Participate in testing efforts to ensure the effectiveness of security measures. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement security solutions. - Stay updated with the latest security trends and technologies. - Provide guidance and support to junior professionals in the team. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Identity and Access Management (IAM) Operations. - Strong understanding of security principles and best practices. - Experience with security tools and technologies. - Knowledge of security frameworks and standards. - Familiarity with incident response and vulnerability management processes. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with cloud security. - Recommendation: Familiarity with network security concepts. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) Operations. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A Bachelor of engineering with relevant experience is required.
