Summary: As a Security Delivery Lead, you will lead the implementation and delivery of Security Services projects, leveraging our global delivery capability (method, tools, training, assets). You will be responsible for managing the implementation and delivery of projects, ensuring the successful execution and completion of security services projects. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Manage the implementation and delivery of Security Services projects. - Ensure successful execution and completion of security services projects. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. - Develop and maintain project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation. - Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and milestones. - Identify and mitigate project risks and issues. - Manage project budgets and ensure financial objectives are met. - Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders. - Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and methodologies. - Mentor and coach team members to enhance their skills and capabilities. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in CyberArk Privileged Identity Access Management. - Must To Have Skills: Experience with Google Cloud Platform Architecture, Google Cloud Platform Administration. - Strong understanding of privileged identity access management principles and best practices. - Experience in designing and implementing CyberArk solutions. - Knowledge of security frameworks and standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, and PCI DSS. - Familiarity with security technologies and tools, including SIEM, IDS/IPS, and firewalls. - Ability to assess and analyze security risks and vulnerabilities. - Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work effectively in a team environment. - Experience in leading and managing security projects. - Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools. - Understanding of ITIL processes and practices. - Certifications in CyberArk or other relevant security certifications are a plus. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in CyberArk Privileged Identity Access Management. - This position is based at our Kolkata office. - A Bachelors or Masters Degree in Technology or similar streams as fulltime education is required.
