Educational Qualification : Bachelors degree in CS IT or related field 8 years of experience in SAP security Expertise in SAP S4 HANA ECC BTP Network and Cloud security Indepth knowledge of SoD Risk Mgmt Compliance

Summary: As a Security Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for leading the implementation and delivery of Security Services projects, leveraging our global delivery capability. Your typical day will involve managing and overseeing the SAP S/4HANA Security implementation and ensuring project delivery within the given timelines. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the implementation and delivery of Security Services projects, leveraging our global delivery capability, ensuring project delivery within the given timelines. - Manage and oversee the SAP S/4HANA Security implementation, ensuring compliance with the project requirements and standards. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, architects, and developers, to ensure successful project delivery. - Provide technical guidance and support to the project team, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards for SAP S/4HANA Security implementation. - Ensure effective communication with stakeholders, including project sponsors, business owners, and end-users, to ensure project success. Technical Leadership: Lead the design and implementation of advanced SAP security measures. Oversee SAP S/4 HANA, ECC, BTP, Network, and Cloud security configurations. Disaster Recovery & Risk Management: Develop and execute comprehensive disaster recovery plans. Conduct in-depth risk assessments and strategize risk mitigation. Governance and Compliance: Drive SAP Governance initiatives with an emphasis on technical compliance. Establish and enforce security policies to align with industry standards. Segregation of Duties Management: Architect and optimize Segregation of Duties policies for heightened security. Lead access controls to ensure system integrity. Advanced Process Controls Implementation: Implement and enhance advanced process controls for optimized security. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for streamlined security processes. IAM Integration Management: Lead SAP Identity and Access Control/Management integration with IAM systems. Ensure seamless coordination between SAP security and IAM platforms. Management Tasks: Provide technical leadership and guidance to the SAP security team. Collaborate with IT leadership to align security strategies with overall business objectives. Participate in cross-functional collaboration to drive security improvements. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in SAP S/4HANA Security implementation. - Good To Have Skills: Experience in SAP GRC BusinessObjects, SAP Security Cloud Applications. - Experience in leading and managing Security Services projects, leveraging global delivery capability. - Strong understanding of SAP Security best practices and standards. - Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams, including project managers, architects, and developers. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Additional Information: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field. - The candidate should have a minimum of 8 years of experience in SAP S/4HANA Security implementation. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, information technology, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering successful SAP Security projects. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office (Location Flexible). Secure Transport and Encryption, Patch Management for SAP, Integration Security. SAP Data Protection, SAP Cryptography and Key Management Hardware Security Modules (HSM), SSL/TLS Configuration, Data Classification and Identification, Data Masking and Redaction, Data Loss Prevention (DLP). compliance Framework with regulatory requirements such as NIS2 , EU GDPR ,ITGC & SOX Controls.
