Summary: As a Security Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for leading the implementation and delivery of Security Services projects using Splunk Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) with a focus on ensuring the security of our clients' systems. Your typical day will involve working with cross-functional teams, analyzing security data, and providing insights to stakeholders. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the implementation and delivery of Security Services projects using Splunk Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) with a focus on ensuring the security of our clients' systems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze security data and provide insights to stakeholders. - Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members to ensure successful project delivery. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in security technologies and integrate innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Expertise in Splunk Security Information and Event Management (SIEM). - Good To Have Skills: Experience with other security technologies such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and vulnerability scanners. - Strong understanding of security policies, procedures, and standards. - Experience in leading and managing security projects. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Splunk Security Information and Event Management (SIEM). - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, information technology, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful security solutions. - This position is based at our Chennai office.
