Summary: As a Security Delivery Lead, you will lead the implementation and delivery of Security Services projects, leveraging our global delivery capability. You will be responsible for managing the team and ensuring successful project execution. Your typical day will involve collaborating with multiple teams, making key decisions, and providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Manage and oversee the implementation and delivery of Security Services projects - Ensure successful project execution within the defined scope, timeline, and budget - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project objectives - Lead and motivate the team to achieve project goals - Monitor project progress and identify and resolve any issues or risks - Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders - Ensure compliance with security standards and best practices - Conduct regular project reviews and evaluations to identify areas for improvement - Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends and technologies - Provide guidance and support to junior professionals in the team Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Loss Prevention (DLP) - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Firewall Architecture - Strong understanding of security principles and best practices - Experience in implementing and managing Data Loss Prevention (DLP) solutions - Knowledge of security frameworks and standards such as ISO 27001 and NIST - Familiarity with security tools and technologies - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills - Strong communication and leadership abilities Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Data Loss Prevention (DLP) - This position is based at our Bengaluru office - A 15 years full time education is required
