Summary: As a Security Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for leading the implementation and delivery of Security Services projects using SailPoint IdentityIQ. Your typical day will involve leveraging our global delivery capability to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the implementation and delivery of Security Services projects using SailPoint IdentityIQ. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction. - Leverage our global delivery capability, including method, tools, training, and assets, to ensure successful project delivery. - Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members, ensuring adherence to best practices and project timelines. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SailPoint IdentityNow. - Strong understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts and best practices. - Experience with project management methodologies and tools. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
