Project Role Description : Leads the implementation and delivery of Security Services projects, leveraging our global delivery capability (method, tools, training, assets).

Summary: As a Security Delivery Lead, you will lead the implementation and delivery of Security Services projects, leveraging our global delivery capability. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of projects, utilizing our method, tools, training, and assets. Your role will involve overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from planning and design to implementation and post-implementation support. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met and deliverables are of high quality. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Ensure successful execution of Security Services projects. - Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from planning and design to implementation and post-implementation support. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met. - Manage project risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies. - Provide guidance and support to team members, ensuring their professional growth and development. - Develop & configure workflows, access policies, & role-based ACL in the sailpoint platform.Perform system integration, testing, & debugging of sailpoint applications & modules.Application onboarding, Access Review & writing basic rules.Tshoot skills, should be aware of approach, finding root cause of the problem & fixing issues in production environment.PowerShell scripting, Knowledge on Direct Connectors & development of Custom Connectors -Knowledge on JSON, JSP, Servlets, Javascript & J2EE architecture, Knowledge on WebServices, Postman API Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SailPoint IdentityNow. - Strong understanding of security services and industry best practices. - Experience in leading and delivering security projects. - Knowledge of security frameworks and standards, such as ISO 27001 and NIST. - Experience in conducting security assessments and audits. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with identity and access management solutions. - Familiarity with cloud security concepts and technologies. - Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements, such as GDPR and HIPAA. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in SailPoint IdentityNow. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A Bachelor or college degree in a related field or equivalent work experience is required. - Ready to work in 24*7 - Flexible to cross skill & Upskill - Comfortable to lead/mentor people - Good communication skills - Good to have certification on IEC 62443 Must have Skills: In-depth knowledge of the sailpoint IdentityNow platform and its features, including configuration, customization, and integration. Design, develop, and deploy identity governance and administration solutions using the Sailpoint platform.Monitor the SailPoint IDN platform for performance, availability, and compliance &lifecycle event configuration
