Summary: Act as local team lead for delivery of a ServiceNow based tracking and communications tool for internal Accenture security cases. Team is responsible for analyzing existing processes, designing new processes, defining requirements for CIO development teams, assisting in UAT script creation, and defining operations transition process. The project focuses on automation with a priority on scalability and improving communication through tools such as Microsoft Teams. Roles & Responsibilities: -Lead local team responsible for analyzing current security processes, design scalable automated processes, and work with development team and users to implement new processes in ServiceNow Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong expertise in business process design. - Good To Have Skills: ServiceNow Business Analysis, Business Requirements Analysis, Solution Architecture, Responsive and adaptive design, Project Management Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in business process design. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - This position requires resource to work in 2 PM to 11 PM shift or rotational shift
