Job Description: TPRM Loan Staff Engagement

A] Role Overview

This is a loan staff engagement (secondment) model where the Personnel will function as a Consultant. The individual will be integrated into the team, working under the direct control, direction, and supervision of representatives.

B] Scope of Work & Responsibilities

The primary objective of this role is to provide specialized support to the Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) team. Key responsibilities include:

• Vendor Due Diligence: Supporting the third-party risk assessment team in performing comprehensive due diligence of their vendors based in India.
• Support Services: Assisting Client personnel in supporting requirements as directed by Management.
• Operational Integration: Acting as a seconded staff member, assuming similar responsibilities as other permanent members of the staff for the duration of the project.

C] Role Constraints & Limitations

As this is a secondment rather than a traditional consultancy deliverable model:

• The Personnel will not sign any deliverables.
• The Personnel will not be considered the preparer/developer of the work in a way that provides KPMG management oversight.
• The individual cannot make decisions that influence the Client's business or function in a management role.
