Job Summary:

We are looking for a result-driven SEO Executive whos goal is to ensure that when creators search for growth, they find VeeFly. You will own the organic funnel, from technical health to high-authority backlink profiles. As our SEO Executive, you won't just be chasing rankings; you will be architecting our visibility in a world of AI-generated answers, voice search, and zero-click results.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) & Modern Search

• AI & Snippet Dominance: Optimize content specifically to rank in Featured Snippets, "People Also Ask" sections, and AI-generated search results.
• Semantic Structuring: Format content in Q&A styles to maximize visibility for conversational queries and voice search.
• Structured Data Mastery: Implement advanced Schema markup (FAQ, HowTo, Article) to provide clear signals to search engines.
• Conversational Strategy: Optimize for long-tail, natural language queries to capture high-intent organic traffic.

Full-Stack On-Page & Technical SEO

• Technical Audits: Conduct regular site health checks to optimize crawlability, site speed (Core Web Vitals), and mobile responsiveness.
• Indexing Intelligence: Manage Google Search Console to monitor crawling issues, sitemaps, and robots.txt health.
• On-Page Engineering: Execute keyword research that identifies high-intent gaps; optimize meta-tags, internal linking, and URL structures for maximum relevance.

Authority Building & Off-Page Strategy

• Strategic Link Building: Build high-quality backlink profiles through targeted outreach, guest partnerships, and digital PR.
• Competitor Benchmarking: Analyze competitor link strategies and technical footprints to identify and close "authority gaps."

Analytics, Reporting & Growth Loops

• Performance BI: Track organic traffic, keyword velocity, and SEO-driven conversions; translate raw data into monthly growth narratives.
• Algorithm Sentinel: Stay ahead of Googles constant updates (SGE, Core Updates) and pivot strategies before performance is impacted.

Who You Are

Experience: 13 years of core SEO experience. If youve worked in SaaS, Ad-tech, or for a global tech brand, you have an advantage.

Tool Mastery: Proficient in Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console, and GA4.

The "AEO" Mindset: You understand that SEO is moving from "links" to "entities" and "answers."

Technical Literacy: Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and experience managing SEO within WordPress or similar CMS platforms.

Analytical Eye: You don't just report numbers; you find the "why" behind traffic shifts.
