About Fotello

Fotello is building a AI first creative tools starting instant photo editing platform for real estate media industry.

We're a small, focused team from IIT, UBC, UCLA, AWS, and others based in Vancouver and Gurgaon who've cracked the code on building and scaling products people actually want. With our first product already many users and profitable, we're gearing up to launch several more across different categories in 2025.

The Role:

As a Software Development Engineer II at Fotello, you'll operate across the full spectrum of our infrastructure and systems - from scaling existing services to developing new products from the ground up.

In your day to day, you will be writing code and also making decisions across product, design, and growth. You will be working on both bringing new products from 0 to 1, along with growing our existing products from 1 to 100. You should be passionate about creating software products that reach thousands of users and thrive in a fast-paced, flexible environment.

What Youll Do:

• Build and scale our AI-powered platform using Next.js, Google Cloud, and Runpod.
• Design, implement, and deploy features quickly while maintaining top-notch quality.
• Work directly with the founding team to shape product direction and strategy.
• Solve customer-impacting problems with a get-it-done mentality without sacrificing quality.
• Work in an environment where intensity, motivation, and passion are non-negotiable.

What Were Looking For:

• B.Tech degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Electrical Engineering
• 2+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer in a SaaS environment/ Product based company (Only).
• Proficient in TypeScript, React, Redux, and NoSQL databases (DynamoDB, Firestore).
• Familiarity with Python is a plus.
• Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (GCP, AWS).
• You deliver at breakneck speedin one-third the time it would take others to complete the same work.
• Exceptional collaborator and communicator, thriving in team environments.
