SAP Specialist Finance

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP Specialist / HANA Consultant with expertise in Finance (FICO) or Logistics (MM / SD / PP / EWM) to support SAP S/4HANA implementations, migrations, and optimizations. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders to deliver scalable and compliant ERP solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support SAP Specialist / HANA implementation and migration projects .
• Gather business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
• Configure and customize SAP S/4HANA modules based on business needs.
• Support Finance processes (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Controlling) or
• Logistics processes (Procurement, Inventory, Sales, Production, Warehousing).
• Perform system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
• Support data migration, cutover planning, and go-live activities.
• Prepare functional specifications and system documentation.
• Provide end-user training and post-go-live support.
• Collaborate with technical teams for enhancements and integrations.
• Ensure compliance with SAP best practices and industry standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Commerce, Finance, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in SAP consulting with Specialist /HANA exposure .
• Strong functional knowledge in SAP FICO or SAP Logistics modules .
• Experience in at least one end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation or migration .
• Knowledge of SAP Activate methodology.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.

• Integration: FI-MM, FI-SD, CO, and third-party integrations

• SAP Specialist /HANA On-Premise or Cloud
• SAP Fiori
• SAP Solution Manager
• Data Migration Tools (LTMC, Migration Cockpit)

Certifications (Nice to Have)

• SAP Specialist /HANA Finance or Logistics Certification
• SAP Activate Project Manager certification
