Minimum Two End to End implementation experience in SF ONB 2.0

Deep understanding in ONB 2.0 module

Well versed with Onboarding portlet configuration

Email configuration

Hands on experience on Global & local forms configuration

Good to have knowledge on RCM

Integration knowledge including EC, RCM and third party

Knowledge of Docu-sign

Should have experience on Notifications and Audit trails

Design, Implement and Support solutions for complex HCM business processes

Gathering document requirements, configuration decisions, Preparing the configuration workbooks

Provide Post-implementation support services including Incident Management, Release Management, and Enhancement requests

Knowledge of OnB 1.0 is an added advantage

Well versed with SAP implementation methodology "
