- Critical Incident Management, support client
- From Service management exp -3 to 5 years (AMS) App maintance support
- 10 to 12 years Overall exp
- Based on req - they may have to extend or give support
- Not Project managers - implementation
- Project in business mode, handle the business
- ITIL certification
