Must-Have**
§ Standard SD functionality and configuration
§ Smart forms / scripts – experience in giving functional requirements.
§ Experience in ALE, EDI, Smart forms - MUST
§ Special business processes in SD
§ Able to troubleshoot issues
§ Experience in Custom developments
§ Preparing design documents
§ Experience in enhancements/ projects
Good-to-Have
- Have experience in Hi-tech industry business processes and customer service.
- Have Hands on experience with the integration with data service providers for denied party and classifications.
- Batch management serial number management experience.
