The Scrum Master / Project Manager is responsible for leading SAP S/4HANA implementation projects using Agile methodologies , ensuring timely delivery, quality outcomes, and stakeholder alignment. This role combines Agile leadership with traditional project management skills , focusing on SAP Finance, Procurement, and related modules. The position requires strong experience in Scrum practices , SAP project delivery , and cross-functional team management .

Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)

10+ years of experience in Scrum/project management, with at least 5 years in SAP programs.

SAP Project Expertise

• Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA modules (FI-CO, MM, Ariba, Fieldglass, Concur).
• Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology and ASAP framework.
• Knowledge of SAP integration points and data migration processes.

Agile Tools & Practices

• Jira, Azure Boards or similar Agile project management tools.
• Sprint planning, backlog grooming, and velocity tracking.
• Leading Scrum teams and reporting of scrum metrics and optimising flow and predictability etc.
• Scrum Master Certification.

Project Management Tools

• MS Project, SAP Solution Manager, or equivalent.
• Budgeting, resource planning, and reporting.

Leadership : Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex SAP programs.

Communication : Clear articulation of project status and technical concepts to stakeholders.

Collaboration : Work effectively with business, IT, and vendor teams.

Problem-Solving : Resolve impediments and manage risks proactively.

Adaptability : Balance Agile principles with SAP project realities.

Time Management : Handle multiple workstreams and meet deadlines
