Job Description
- Professional with 3 to 5 years of experience in SAP SD and at least 1 year of experience with SAP DSD (Direct Store Delivery), preferably in the beverage, food, or consumer goods industries.
- Able to provide functional support and configure sales, delivery, pricing, and invoicing processes, as well as basic DSD scenarios such as routing, pre-sales, and direct sales.
- Proficient in SAP ECC (knowledge of S/4HANA is desirable) and understands SD/DSD integration with MM, WM, FI, and LE. Experience in AMS support under ITIL, handling medium-complexity incidents, and participating in process improvements.
- Key Skills
- SD (Sales & Distribution):
- Configuration of sales, delivery, and invoicing documents.
- Basic and intermediate pricing.
- Integration with logistics and finance.
- DSD (Direct Store Delivery):
- Support in pre-sales and direct sales processes.
- Basic route and distribution configuration.
- Management of returns and returnable goods.
- Sales settlement support.
- Knowledge of SD/DSD integration with MM, WM, FI, and LE.
- L2 support and functional analysis of incidents.
