Job Description:

Resource specializing in implementing, configuring, and supporting the SAP PS module, which helps organizations efficiently manage projects of varying scale and complexity. This role bridges functional business needs and technical SAP solutions, ensuring project integration across core modules like FI/CO, MM, and SD.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Requirements Gathering & Analysis

• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand project management processes, goals, and reporting requirements.
• Conduct detailed fit-gap analysis and document requirements specific to Project Systems.

1. Solution Design & Configuration

• Configure SAP PS to manage project structures (WBS, networks, milestones), budgets, costs, and settlements.
• Integrate PS functionality with related SAP modules (FI/CO, MM, SD, HR) for seamless end-to-end process flows.
• Develop and maintain project templates tailored to business needs.

1. Implementation & Support

• Lead and support full lifecycle SAP PS implementationsblueprinting, realization, testing, go-live, and hypercare.
• Provide post-go-live support, troubleshoot issues, and perform root-cause analysis.

1. Testing & Quality Assurance

• Develop test scripts, facilitate unit/integration/user acceptance testing, and ensure defect resolution.
• Validate project results through rigorous data and process checks.

1. Training & Change Management

• Create training materials and deliver end-user training sessions on SAP PS functionalities.
• Support change management efforts to ensure smooth user adoption.

1. Documentation & Continuous Improvement

• Document system configurations, solutions, and change requests.
• Recommend process improvements and system enhancements based on best practices and emerging SAP capabilities.
