SAP Project Manager

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead and deliver a SAP S/4HANA RISE implementation in Retail sector. The ideal candidate will manage scope, timelines, budget, stakeholders, and vendors while ensuring alignment with SAP Activate methodology and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA RISE implementation from Discover to Deploy
• Own project governance, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
• Manage SAP Activate methodology, including Fit-to-Standard workshops
• Coordinate with SAP, System Integrators, internal IT, and business teams
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, and dependencies
• Ensure data migration, testing (SIT/UAT), cutover, and go-live readiness
• Drive change management and business stakeholder alignment
• Provide regular status reporting to senior leadership
• Ensure compliance with SAP best practices and RISE contractual obligations
• Manage post go-live hypercare and transition to support teams

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of SAP Project Management experience
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations
• RISE with SAP exposure (cloud, hyperscalers, SAP-managed services)
• Proven experience managing large, cross-functional teams
• Strong understanding of:
• SAP Activate
• ERP business processes (Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, etc.)
• Integration, data migration, and testing strategies
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience working with System Integrators and SAP directly
