SAP Program Manager

SAP Project/ Program Manager.

Required Qualifications & Experience :

• 10+ years of progressive project management experience, with a focus on large-scale ERP implementations.
• A minimum of 2-3 full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA implementation or migration projects in a leadership role, preferably in multi-country or parallel deployment environments.
• Demonstrated experience managing projects with significant budgets (e.g., >$5M) and large, globally distributed teams.
• Proven expertise in global template governance, localization, and Clean Core SAP S/4HANA implementations.
• Experience with remediation of legacy custom objects (RICEFW) and data migration in multi-country SAP environments.
• Experience with FinTech integrations to SAP and integration with dependent applications.
• Expertise in SAP implementation methodologies, particularly SAP Activate.
• PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent certification is required.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams, negotiate with vendors, and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with S/4HANA implementations in a (Specify Industry, e.g., Manufacturing, Retail, etc.) environment.
• Masters degree (MBA or MS in a relevant field).
• Certification in Agile methodologies (e.g., CSM, SAFe).
• Experience with SAP Signavio for process modeling, SAP BTP, and embedded analytics.
• Experience in regulated industries and IPO readiness programs.
• SAP Certified Application Associate S/4HANA Project Management or equivalent.
