Scope of Services / Deliverables

- SME Expertise required.

- Leverage an EML-based S4H system as jump start to content build for Automotive Manufacturing PP/PPDS Processes (fit-gap analysis).

- Master data setup, MRP, production order scheduling, component staging- Finite-capacity detailed planning and sequencing.

- Model Mix planning, detailed sequencing, re sequencing, and shop-floorready schedule- Model mix planning and finite scheduling on PP/DS resources (lines, work centers) with pegging to demands within the tactical window.

- Alert Monitor for late orders, overloads, and component shortages; guided remediation. -

Integration with SAP IBP and SAP Digital Manufacturing Systems / Release SAP EML for S4H 2023

Skills:

Deep knowledge in PPDS (PP) IBP and/or aATP Knowledge is a plus.
