SAP PIPO

A SAP PI/PO (Process Integration/Process Orchestration) Consultant designs, develops, and supports enterprise application integrations using SAP middleware. Responsibilities include configuring adapters (SFTP, SOAP, REST, IDOC, Proxy), creating technical mappings (Graphical, Java, XSLT), and managing end-to-end interface troubleshooting. Common requirements include 4-10 years' experience in implementation projects, with knowledge of B2B/EDI and, increasingly, migration to SAP Integration Suite (CPI).

Key Responsibilities and Skills (Job Description)

• Design & Development: Create, test, and deploy integration scenarios between SAP (ECC/S/4HANA) and non-SAP systems.
• Configuration: Expert knowledge in SAP PI/PO components, including Integration Directory, Repository, and runtime workbench.
• Adapters: Proficient in configuring SOAP, REST, RFC, JDBC, SFTP, File, and IDoc adapters.
• Mapping & Development: Strong skills in graphical mapping, User Defined Functions (UDFs), Java mapping, and XSLT.
• Troubleshooting: Monitor and resolve production interface issues, file errors, and system performance bottlenecks.
• Documentation: Prepare technical specifications (TS), functional design documents, and test plans.
• Modernization: Experience in migrating legacy PI/PO scenarios to SAP Integration Suite/Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) is highly preferred.
