Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Developer with 2 to 5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Python VB Script Power Automate RPA and UiPath Developer. Experience in PO management Inventory management-Warehouse management and Outbound Logistics - Retail is a plus. The role is hybrid with day shifts and no travel required. Proficiency in English is essential.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain automation scripts using Python VB Script and Power Automate RPA to streamline business processes.Utilize UiPath Developer to design build and deploy efficient robotic process automation solutions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automation processes to ensure smooth operation.Optimize existing automation workflows to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention.Provide technical support and guidance to team members on automation best practices.Conduct regular code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.Document automation processes including design development and deployment procedures.Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in automation technologies to incorporate innovative solutions.Participate in project planning and provide accurate time estimates for development tasks.Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all automation activities.Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns.Contribute to the continuous improvement of automation processes and tools within the organization.
Qualifications
Possess strong technical skills in Python VB Script Power Automate RPA and UiPath Developer.Have experience in PO management Inventory management-Warehouse management and Outbound LogisticsRetail is a plus.Demonstrate proficiency in English both written and spoken.Exhibit strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Show capability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work model.Display excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Maintain a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies.
