About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced SAP Manager to lead solution design and drive business conversations for an S/4 HANA greenfield implementation in the Pharma industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end solution design for SAP modules

Drive business workshops with a clean core approach

Collaborate with stakeholders for value-driven delivery

Act as a trusted advisor in business conversations

Must-Have Skills:

10+ years of SAP experience

Hands-on experience in S/4 HANA greenfield implementation (Pharma preferred)

Strong leadership & communication skills

Ability to conduct fit-to-standard workshops

Good-to-Have:

Experience in value-driven delivery methodology
