Detailed Job Description

1. Solution Design and Implementation

• Lead and contribute to the design and configuration of SAP VIM solutions aligned with client requirements and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into effective SAP VIM solutions.
• Configure SAP VIM settings including workflows, document types, data capture, and integration with SAP and non-SAP systems.
• Customize SAP VIM functionalities to support specific business processes.

2. System Optimization and Support

• Conduct regular system assessments to identify process improvements and automation opportunities.
• Provide post-implementation support including troubleshooting, defect resolution, and performance optimization.
• Work closely with IT and business teams to ensure system stability and reliability.

3. Integration and Upgrades

• Integrate SAP VIM with other SAP modules and third-party systems.
• Stay updated with SAP VIM enhancements, patches, and upgrades.
• Recommend and implement system improvements based on latest updates.
