Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)

Must-Have**

Functional Consultant capable to handle Implementation, enhancement & support in S4 HANA. S/4 HANA Finance hands-on experience is a must.
Should be proficient in SAP FICO configuration.
Experience in the area of Accounts Receivable / Cash Application / Rebates / Accounts Payable etc.
Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements, Identify gaps, issues, and workaround solutions.
Should be proficient in interface configuration and ABAP understanding. Provide day-to-day operational support to the team.
Handle changes or emergency transports as needed for high-priority issues. Document functional designs, test cases, and results.
Work self-directed and independently. Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables/projects at the same time.
