Responsibilities include:

Act as the primary SME and technical authority for SAP Hybris (Commerce Cloud) program
Lead solution architecture, design reviews, and technical governance for end-to-end commerce implementations
Define and enforce best practices, coding standards, and platform conventions across development teams
Drive integration strategy between SAP Commerce Cloud, SAP ERP/S4HANA, and third-party systems
Lead discovery workshops, requirement analysis, and solution blueprinting with business and IT stakeholders
Provide hands-on development support during critical delivery phases and complex problem resolution.
Own the technical roadmap for Hybris platforms within ecosystem.
Guide data migration, catalog management, and PCM strategies.
Mentor and upskill junior and mid-level developers within the team.
Liaise with SAP and vendor teams on product updates, licensing, and escalations.
Support pre-sales, RFP responses, and effort estimations where needed.

Certifications :

Primary Skills :

10+ years of overall IT experience with 7+ years in SAP Hybris / SAP Commerce Cloud
Deep expertise in SAP Commerce Cloud architecture extensions, storefronts, backoffice, OCC APIs, PCM, promotions engine
Proficiency in Java, Spring, Groovy, and SAP Commerce data modelling
Proven experience leading large-scale B2B and/or B2C commerce implementations
Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, middleware integrations (SAP CPI, MuleSoft)
Experience with cloud deployments SAP Commerce Cloud (CCv2), Azure, or AWS
Solid understanding of Agile/SAFe delivery frameworks
Ability to challenge and validate architectural decisions independently
Strong client-facing presence able to present to CXO/Director-level stakeholders
Excellent documentation skills HLD, LLD, solution blueprints, ADRs
