Job Description
Skill: SAP Concur

Responsibilities:
- Lead full life-cycle implementations of SAP Concur solutions (Expense, Travel, Invoice)
- Gather and analyze business requirements; perform fit-gap assessments and develop functional design
- Configure system settings like policy rules, workflows, audit rules, GL mappings, credit card integration, OCR for receipts
- Integrate SAP Concur with ERP/finance systems (SAP, Oracle, Workday) using APIs, IDocs, web services, or middleware
- Conduct unit testing, integration testing, user acceptance testing, and manage cutover/hypercare phases
- Provide end-user training, documentation, and ongoing user support
- Develop configuration documents, functional specs, Concur Implementation Documents (CIDs), and SOPs
- Manage credit card feed setups, reconciliation processes, and vendor invoice workflows
