Hiring: SAP Solution Architect (SD / MM / FICO)

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced SAP Solution Architect with deep expertise in SAP SD, SAP MM, or SAP FICO modules. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in designing scalable end-to-end SAP solutions, leading implementations, and providing architectural leadership to ensure alignment with business goals and enterprise IT strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Lead SAP solution architecture, design, and implementation across SD / MM / FICO modules

Translate complex business requirements into scalable SAP solutions and technical designs

Drive end-to-end SAP implementations, rollouts, upgrades, and support projects

Ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules (PP, WM, FI, CO, HCM, etc.) and external systems

Establish SAP architecture standards, governance frameworks, and best practices

Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams to deliver optimal solutions

Oversee system configuration, customization, and performance optimization

Conduct solution design reviews, system performance tuning, and risk assessments

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to SAP functional and development teams

Ensure solution scalability, security, and compliance with enterprise standards

Required Skills & Experience

8+ years of hands-on SAP experience with strong expertise in at least one module:

SAP SD (Sales & Distribution)

• Order Management
• Pricing & Billing
• Credit Management

SAP MM (Materials Management)

• Procurement
• Inventory Management
• Vendor Management

SAP FICO (Finance & Controlling)

• General Ledger (GL)
• Accounts Payable (AP)
• Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Asset Accounting (AA)
• Cost Center Accounting

Experience in S/4HANA implementations or migrations is highly preferred

Strong understanding of SAP module integration and cross-functional processes

Hands-on experience in blueprinting, configuration, testing, and go-live support

Expertise in SAP architecture design, system landscape planning, and solution governance

Excellent analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

SAP Certification in SD / MM / FICO modules

Experience in large-scale enterprise SAP implementations

Knowledge of SAP Activate methodology

Exposure to SAP Cloud solutions, SAP Fiori, or SAP BTP is an added advantage
