Sap Advanced Business Application Programming Consultant

JD2 : O2C (Process, Scoping, Integration) Grade 2&3

• Main responsibility is to provide level 2/3support (root cause analysis, configure scope items, know resp. SAP value flow, basic how to questions ) for O2C process in alignment with industry leading practices for S/4HANA, Public Edition, working closely with clients to understand their needs and help transform those to SAP standards.

• The role will involve the following:
• You will provide support for solutions that are based on SAP S/4HANA Public Edition, BTP and other SAP solutions. Good hands experience on Central Business Configuration
• Ensure ticket resolution with SLA
• Change Request: You will work with clients to gather requirements/change request, and then develop and document solution designs that meet those requirements.
• You will ensure that the solutions you design integrate seamlessly with other systems in the client's environment, or any other additional solutions required to fully cater to requirements.
• You will oversee the testing of solutions to ensure that they meet the client's requirements and are free of defects.
• The ideal candidate shall have at least 4+ years of SAP functional experience, including at least 2 end-to-end lifecycles in S/4H, Public Edition , 1 Support Project exp( Public Cloud) .
