About the Role

We are looking for a skilled SAP Executive / SAP Analyst with 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP modules relevant to the manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate must come from an engineering background (not software) and should have strong functional knowledge of manufacturing workflows, production planning, inventory processes, and plant operations.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage day-to-day SAP operations across relevant modules (SAP MM / PP / SD / PM / FICO as per company need).

* Coordinate with production, purchase, stores, and sales teams for smooth SAP transactions.

* Ensure accuracy of master data, BOM, routing, material codes, pricing, and inventory updates.

* Troubleshoot SAP-related issues and provide functional support to internal teams.

* Generate operational and management reports from SAP.

* Support in process automation, optimization, and system improvements.

* Create and maintain SOPs, documentation, and training materials for SAP usage.

* Work closely with the IT/ERP team for enhancements, updates, and testing.

* Ensure compliance with companys workflow and approval processes within SAP.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3 to 5 years of SAP functional experience in a manufacturing industry (mandatory).
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes (production, procurement, inventory, dispatch, planning).
• Hands-on experience in any of the SAP functional modules:

* MM (Material Management)

* PP (Production Planning)

* PM (Plant Maintenance)

* FICO (Finance/Controlling)

* Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability.

* Knowledge of SAP data flow, reports, and transaction codes.

* Excellent communication and cross-team coordination skills.

Education Qualification

* B.Tech Industrial Engineering (or equivalent).

* Certification or SAP training is an added advantage.
