The Sample Coordinator role is a full-time, on-site position based in Moradabad. Responsibilities include managing and organizing product samples, maintaining inventory records, and ensuring timely and accurate distribution. The role requires effective communication and collaboration with internal teams and external partners to meet deadlines, as well as maintaining the overall quality and presentation of samples.

• Proficiency in Sample Management and Inventory Management, with attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong Communication and Organization Skills to coordinate with teams and manage workflows effectively
• Basic Laboratory Skills to handle sample-related tasks when necessary
• Ability to work in an on-site environment in a fast-paced manufacturing and export setting
• Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage
