Senior Salesforce Product Owner:

Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Product Owner to support a large enterprise Salesforce program. The role will work closely with Product Managers, business stakeholders, and engineering teams to drive Salesforce product capabilities and ensure successful delivery of platform solutions.

The ideal candidate will have strong Salesforce platform knowledge, the ability to work with multiple senior stakeholders, and the confidence to influence and align teams on the future direction of the platform.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with Product Managers to define and evolve the Salesforce product roadmap and platform capabilities.

Work with multiple business stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize needs, and align on product direction.

Act as the bridge between business teams and engineering teams to ensure clear understanding of requirements.

Translate business needs into product features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

Manage and prioritize the product backlog to ensure alignment with product strategy and business priorities.

Collaborate closely with engineering teams and architects to deliver scalable Salesforce solutions.

Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, demos, and retrospectives.

Drive stakeholder alignment and influence decisions regarding future Salesforce capabilities.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of the Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud / Service Cloud preferred).

Experience working as a Product Owner or Product Lead in Salesforce programs.

Ability to engage and influence senior business stakeholders.

Experience working with engineering teams in Agile environments.

Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Salesforce certifications (Administrator / Business Analyst / Product Owner).

Experience working in large enterprise environments.

Exposure to Salesforce integrations and enterprise-scale implementations.

Experience or familiarity with Salesforce Data Cloud and Agentforce is a strong plus.
