Role Summary

We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Industries (Vlocity) Order Management Developer with 47 years of Salesforce experience, including strong hands-on expertise in Industries Order Management (OM) and OmniStudio. The ideal candidate will have experience delivering end-to-end Order Management solutions within Communications or Media domains. Media industry experience (Streaming, Broadcasting, Digital Subscriptions, Ad Sales, Publishing) is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement Salesforce Industries Order Management solutions.
• Configure and develop using:
• Industries OM
• Enterprise Product Catalog (EPC)
• Industries CPQ
• OmniStudio (OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, FlexCards)
• Build order orchestration, decomposition, and fulfillment flows.
• Develop custom solutions using Apex, LWC, and Flows.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware).
• Participate in requirement workshops and provide effort estimations.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices.
• Support CI/CD deployments and Agile delivery processes.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to architecture discussions.

Experience Required

• 47 years of Salesforce development experience.
• 2+ years of hands-on Salesforce Industries (Vlocity) OM experience.
• Experience leading or contributing to at least one full OM implementation.
• Media or Communications industry exposure preferred.
