Salesforce nCino Tech Lead - PAN India

The role of a Salesforce nCino Team Lead involves overseeing the design, development, and implementation of nCino-specific functionalities within the Salesforce ecosystem. Key responsibilities include:

• Lead and contribute to the design and development of nCino-specific functionalities and product customization.
• Configure and demonstrate Salesforce.com custom fields and page layouts within the nCino environment.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship on product setup, system administration, and functional/architectural processes.
• Guide architecture discussions, data modeling , and finalization of go-to strategies related to data and system setups.
• Stay updated with nCino platform advancements and proactively assess new features and functionalities.
• Collaborate with global teams to finalize requirements and optimize product fitment with out-of-the-box setups while minimizing customizations.
• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives and deliver high-quality solutions.
• The ideal candidate should have a strong educational background, extensive hands-on experience in nCino UI Group, Routes, and Screens, and excellent client-handling capabilities. This role requires both technical proficiency and leadership skills to contribute to nCino-specific functionalities and drive solution design and implementation.
