Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Developer with 8 to 10 years of experience in SFDC Development and Customization Salesforce DevOPS SFDC Data SFDC Lightning SFDC Integration and SFDC Configuration. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model during day shifts. Experience in IT Consulting and Analytics is a plus.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and customize Salesforce applications to meet business requirements
  • Implement and manage Salesforce DevOPS processes to ensure smooth deployment and integration
  • Handle SFDC Data management tasks including data migration data quality and data governance
  • Design and develop SFDC Lightning components to enhance user experience
  • Integrate Salesforce with other systems to ensure seamless data flow and process automation
  • Configure Salesforce settings and features to optimize system performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholders
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce applications and integrations
  • Ensure adherence to best practices and standards in Salesforce development and customization
  • Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality
  • Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and technologies to drive innovation
  • Document technical specifications and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Contribute to the companys goals by delivering high-quality Salesforce solutions that enhance business processes and customer satisfaction
  • Impact society by enabling efficient and effective use of Salesforce technology in various business domains

  • Possess strong experience in SFDC Development and Customization
  • Have expertise in Salesforce DevOPS processes and tools
  • Demonstrate proficiency in SFDC Data management and governance
  • Show advanced skills in developing SFDC Lightning components
  • Have solid experience in SFDC Integration with other systems
  • Exhibit strong capabilities in SFDC Configuration and optimization
  • Bring experience in IT Consulting and Analytics as a valuable addition

    • Certifications Required

    Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I or II
