About the Company : Noblesoft Technologies Inc is a specializing in digital transformation for the Utilities and Energy sector. We deliver mission-critical CRM, customer engagement, and field service solutions to leading U.S. power, gas, water, and renewable energy providers. We are expanding our Noida Center of Excellence and seek a seasoned Delivery Manager with proven experience implementing Salesforce solutions for U.S. utility and energy clients.

About the Role : Lead end-to-end Salesforce implementations for U.S.-based utility and energy companies (e.g., investor-owned utilities, municipal utilities, co-ops, renewable energy providers). Based in Noida, you will own project P&L, manage distributed teams, and ensure regulatory-compliant, scalable solutions. Must hold a valid B1 visa for rapid travel to client sites across the USA (e.g., Texas, California, Midwest, Southeast) for workshops, go-lives, and executive steering committees.

Responsibilities :

• Own full lifecycle delivery of Salesforce solutions tailored to U.S. utility and energy clients, including:
• Should have had experience in projects where SAP integration was done.
• Must have experience in delivering Sales Cloud Implementation.
• Lead requirements workshops with U.S. client stakeholders (CIOs, VPs of Customer Experience, Field Operations leaders).
• Drive onshore-offshore model: Noida dev/test + U.S. SMEs for design & hypercare.
• Present project ROI, TCO, and adoption metrics to C-suite in the U.S.
• Travel to USA based on need using existing B1 visa is a huge plus.

Qualifications :

• 15+ years of delivering Salesforce Projects
• 5+ years delivering Salesforce solutions exclusively to U.S. utility/energy clients.
• End-to-end implementation experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud.
• Deep domain knowledge of Utilities.
• Valid U.S. B1 visa (active, multiple entries, 3+ years validity preferred).
• 10+ years total IT project management; 7+ years in Salesforce delivery.

Certifications:

• Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADV).
• Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant.
• Certified PMP/ Scrum Master is Mandatory.

Pay range and compensation package : 3550 LPA base + 20% variable. Per diem for U.S. trips. B1 visa renewal support. Fast-track to Delivery Head Utilities in 1824 months.
