Salesforce CLM QA

Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst with strong expertise in Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), Salesforce, CPQ, and SOQL. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in testing Salesforce applications, especially in the context of contract lifecycle management and CPQ processes. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality, functionality, and performance of Salesforce-based systems, leveraging your experience in testing, bug tracking with Jira, and data validation using SOQL.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM):

  • Validate and test CLM functionalities, ensuring alignment with business requirements and processes.
  • Test end-to-end contract processes such as creation, approval workflows, amendments, and renewals within Salesforce.

• Salesforce Testing (CPQ & SOQL):

  • Perform testing on Salesforce CPQ features including product configurations, pricing, quoting, and discounting.
  • Write and execute SOQL queries to validate data accuracy within Salesforce.
  • Ensure data integrity and perform thorough testing of custom objects, workflows, and integrations.

• Bug Tracking & Issue Resolution (Jira):

  • Use Jira for bug tracking and defect management, ensuring quick resolution of identified issues.
  • Report and track CLM, Salesforce, and CPQ-related defects with developers and stakeholders.

• Test Planning & Execution:

  • Develop detailed test plans, test cases, and test strategies specific to CLM and CPQ within Salesforce.
  • Execute functional, regression, and integration testing to ensure high-quality software releases.

• Collaboration & Communication:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and product managers, to ensure that CLM, Salesforce, and CPQ processes meet business objectives.
  • Provide regular updates on testing progress, defects, and resolutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Salesforce Certifications:

  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce CPQ Specialist) are highly preferred.

• Automation Testing:

  • Experience with automation testing tools for Salesforce or related platforms is a plus.

• Data Migration & Integration Testing:

  • Experience with data migration and integration testing, particularly in the Salesforce ecosystem.
