Salesforce solution architect


Requirement.


Location initial 6 months at Doha, later offshore. Whenever this is need candidate should travel Doha.


Key Responsibilities

Architecture & Design

  • Solution Architect end-to-end Salesforce solutions,CRM, analytics platforms and inhouse applications
  • Apply domain-driven design and reusable components across multi-cloud environments.
  • Define and enforce architecture standards, security protocols, and performance benchmarks.

Data Strategy & Governance

  • Design scalable data models and integration strategies across Salesforce and external systems.
  • Lead data migration, transformation, and quality assurance initiatives.
  • Implement data governance frameworks and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, and delivery teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders and external vendors.

Technical Leadership

  • Guide development teams on Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and declarative tools.
  • Conduct design/code reviews and mentor junior architects and developers.

Program Execution

  • Lead all phases of the Salesforce lifecycle: Discovery, Design, Development, Testing, Go-Live, and Support.
  • Manage CI/CD pipelines using tools like Copado and Salesforce CLI.


Required Certifications

  • Salesforce Certified B2B Solution Architect (Required)
  • Salesforce Certified Application Architect (Preferred)
  • Salesforce Certified Data Architect (Preferred)
  • Additional certifications such as System Architect, Sales Cloud Consultant, and Service Cloud Consultant are a plus.


Skills & Experience

  • 8+ years in solution architecture
  • Proven success in multi-cloud implementations and enterprise integrations.
  • Expertise in Salesforce data modeling, API design, and security.
  • Experience with Salesforce Sales cloud, CRM, Service Cloud
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and mentoring capabilities.
