Job Description
Role Overview:
We are looking for an energetic Sales & Marketing Officer to drive business growth through direct field sales, customer engagement, and local market development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential customers in assigned areas
- Promote company products/services through field visits
- Convert leads into successful business opportunities
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets
- Maintain strong follow-ups and customer relationships
- Track daily sales activities and submit reports
