Compensation: 15 LPA to 18 LPA

What are we looking for:

• Based out of Bengaluru
• 5+ Years in SaaS B2B
• Strong ability to connect with new people and build relationships
• Comfortable chasing targets and thriving in a performance-driven environment
• Bonus: prior exposure to event tech or digital marketing industries

What you will do:

• Meet or exceed assigned targets for lead generation and opportunity conversion
• Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities in the event technology space
• Conduct outbound calls to understand prospect needs and generate interest
• Qualify leads based on fit, budget, and authority , clearly communicating value proposition
• Deliver tailored product demonstrations aligned to client requirements
• Build deep product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends
• Manage sales pipelines and report progress using CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
• Share feedback to continuously improve the product and overall customer experience
